Sample Service Agreement
Turnover Service Agreement — Luxmaid
This sample agreement is between Luxmaid ("Cleaner") and the host or property manager ("Host") for vacation-rental turnover cleaning at the Host's Miami-Dade property. It is shown only to demonstrate how the digital-contract feature works on a live website.
1. Scope of service
Each turnover includes the guest-ready reset described on the Vacation Rental Turnover page: beds stripped and remade, bathrooms sanitised, kitchen reset and dishes done, trash removed, floors cleaned, consumables restocked from the Host's on-site supplies, and staging returned to match the listing photos.
2. Scheduling & access
Turnovers are scheduled automatically from the Host's connected booking calendar, inside the standard checkout-to-check-in window. The Host provides access by smart-lock code or lockbox; no Host presence is required.
3. Linen option
The Host selects one linen option at signing: (a) swap with the Host's clean sets kept on-site, (b) laundry add-on per turnover, or (c) hotel-grade linen rental. The selected option applies to every turnover until changed in writing.
4. Photo report
After every clean, the Cleaner sends a timestamped photo report (beds, bathrooms, kitchen) and reports any damage, left items or low supplies, with photos, the same day.
5. Fees
Turnovers are billed at the flat per-turnover rate for the unit's size, as shown on the Pricing page of this demo. On a live agreement this section carries the Host's agreed rates and billing cycle.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a scheduled turnover up to 24 hours before checkout at no charge. Either party may end this agreement with 14 days' written notice.
