How much does a house cleaning cost in Miami?
Standard cleaning runs $110–$150 per visit for most Miami-Dade homes, priced flat by bedrooms and bathrooms — not by the hour. Your exact price comes from a short walkthrough: we visit your home, see the actual work, and price it flat — in person, not from photos.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes — your team arrives with professional supplies and equipment. For rental turnovers we restock from the host's on-site supplies and report anything running low, with photos.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most customers give us a key, code or lockbox access. For rentals, we work with smart-lock codes — no host presence needed.
Will I get the same team every time?
On recurring plans, yes — the same team is assigned to your home, and you can see your next visit, skip or reschedule from your customer portal.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24–36 hours and we come back and re-clean the area free. Every visit ends with a photo report so you can check the work from anywhere.
